BSUL hosted its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Faridabad on 03/Oct/2018. Sh.Ratish Kumar, Chairman, BSUL addressed the shareholders at the AGM wherein board members and other senior officers from BSUL were also present.
While addressing, Sh. Kumar expressed his gratitude to all the shareholders for their contribution towards the company. Sh. Kumar also highlighted the achievements made by BSUL during the financial year 17-18. While presenting the annual report for the year ending 31st march 2018, Sh. Kumar informed that construction of the project in Bundelkhand area is going to start shortly, which will have 32 MW installed capacity.
The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks by Sh. S. K. Dubey, CEO(BSUL)/ Executive Director- Lucknow.
